Jasbir is currently a post-doctoral fellow at CIBER lab, Simon Fraser University, School of Engineering Science. He received his Ph.D. degree from the same School. He has been associated with Ciber lab since 2005 being among the very first group of students at Ciber. During his Ph.D. research program he has been also associated with Microinstrumentation Laboratory supervised by Dr. Bonnie L. Gray and with Dr. Byron Gates Lab (part of 4D-Labs). He received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Govt. Engineering College, Gujarat University in Electrical Engineering and Master of Engineering Science (M.E.Sc.) degree from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario in analog - digital mixed-signal VLSI under supervision of Dr. Z. E. Abid.
